We specialize in event planning and production, meeting management and destination services. Our comprehensive approach allows us to provide multi-faceted services to meet your planning needs regardless of size, scope, budget, or location. We are committed to delivering our expertise beyond your satisfaction and expectations. For those who need specific help in one or several areas, we offer a Suite of Services. These can be chosen individually or as a full service package. Engage us as little or as much as required. We work as an extension of your team.

Coordination and Production
A full service option means handling your event from the initial concept to the completion of the conference and follow-up. This includes all of the options below and you can combine some of the "other services" to fit into this package. If you don't know exactly what you need, we can decide that together.


Consulting and Planning
We work closely with you, the client to understand your vision and goals. We will guide the process with strategy to meet your objectives. We help to make clear and concise suggestions and offer solutions. Your budget, goals and objectives, and your participants needs are taken into careful consideration in each decision and solution.

Online Registration Creation and Maintenance
We can create your online registration forms whether they are simple or complex. Then manage the data, run reports, maintain incoming registrations, create name tags and complete agendas for the day of the event. 

Finding, Negotiating and Securing Event Venues
After listening to your needs and desires, we will find a number of venues that meet your specific event requirements and present you will the best possible options. Once these options have been okay-ed by you, we will start negotiating prices for room rates, food and beverage needs, audio-visual requirements, amenities, deadlines and other contractual items. This way we will get the best venue for the best price that meets your requirements.

Arranging and Assisting with Food and Beverage
Nearly every event will have some sort of food and or beverage during the event. We will suggest and help you create the best options within your budget.  We will work with chefs, food and beverage departments, and other vendors to ensure you get exactly what you need for the best price available.

Arranging and Assisting with Sound, Lighting and Audio
When your event requires one or all of the above a/v services, we will assist you in getting the appropriate equipment for the appropriate price.  

Liaison Between the Client and Vendors
This service will keep you out of the daily details in working with the vendors. Whether it's the hotel representative, the a/v staff, the bus drivers, the chef, the parking attendants, we will represent your needs professionally and in a timely manner. We keep you in the loop but out of the day-to-day conversation saving you time and frustration.

Onsite Event Management and Overseeing the Event
Ah....this is our favorite part of event planning. The running of the show as it happens. This includes meeting with venue staff to review specifics, goals, finalize agenda, prepare registration area, pre-meeting with food and beverage department, taking care of speakers and the entertainment, monitor and adjust all scheduled events to maintain timelines, liaison between client and all vendors and participants, and a long list of things that go on just before and during your event. We take care of it all!
